I’ll provide a mortgage garuantee
of course, college tuition free, and
cheap health care for you and me

With green fuels from the Government
we can roll back the price of gas
while we also help the environment

(memo to self: don’t mention added tax, more government regulation, bureaucratic inefficiencies, drag on the economy, or the wonderful graft opportunities.)

The last bit must have gone out when the fellow hit reply all.
That last bit sounds as if the fellow giving the political spiel hit the reply all button prematurely. (Sort of like the 'off mike' remarks that are accidentally broadcast in A FACE IN THE CROWD.)
